Post not showing up on main page

  • So I’m very new to this an I’m trying to follow your tutorial but I’m stuck on the last part. When I create a new blog post. I’m able to do it but it never makes it to the front page. It will only be accessible through a category and clicking it. I want the post to show up and once clicked on for it to open a new page or get redirected to the post. What do I need to change?

    can you check under Settings->Reading, do you have the latests posts to show up or a static page?

    So it’s set to static page. I was able to show it on my main page but I had to just add a (post blog block) on the page. I don’t know if that’s the correct way of doing it though.
