Post not showing text

    So, I have an old website. All of a sudden, my posts aren’t showing any text.

    For example: on https://www.vhl-alumni.be , you can see the top post, and the first sentences of that post. When you want to open the post, you can’t see the text: https://www.vhl-alumni.be/?p=4118

    What happened? First, I thought it as because my website hadn’t had any updates for ages. Now, everything is updated but still nothing…

    Hello @karenandtheworld,
    it seems that your single.php file (which, by default, is responsable for displaying the single post content) is not properly displaying the content of your posts. Try to reinstall the theme or update that file. In any case, try to switch to a default theme first and see what happens.

    @lucagrandicelli , This does seem to be the problem.

    Only thing is: we have a custom theme. I would like to keep that, so I have to restore the single.php file which causes problems. Any idea how?

    Well, if you purchased the theme, in this case i suggest you to contact the developers and ask help regarding this file.
