    Hi,
I searched the forum about this with no luck.

When I use my form on a regular page it works as expected. However, if I use the same shortcode in popup the forms seem to be submitted (not error messages) but the content is not saved. In both cases, I’m using Elementor Pro.

    Wordpress 5.4
    Elementor 2.9.7
    Elementor Pro 2.9.2
    WP User Frontend 3.1.18

Have anyone experienced this before? My form is pretty simple, just the Title field.

    Thanks!

  • Hello @arake
    Thanks for reaching us,

I am sorry to say, but WPUF doesn’t have any native integration with Elementor Popup. However, you can use the shortcode inside a page with a shortcode widget & it should work out nicely.

Please note, we are not allowed to discuss anything Pro terms in wp.org support area according to the org support policy. So it would be appreciated if you contact us through our contact page. If you have further issues, arrive with the WPUF and Elementor pro or so. We would be glad to assist. Alongside, I am keeping a note regarding the popup form issue so that we can enhance our product with the Elementor popup template with our upcoming version.

I hope this will be helpful to you.
    Thanks & regards,

Sure, I will try using a page instead of a popup. Thanks for your help.
