Post not Redirecting onto New Tab

I recently was optimizing my website’s database and cleared out an old plugin table “wp_popularpostsummary” in PHPMYADMIN. However, after I dropped that table my links were no longer redirecting readers to new tabs. It seems as though my “open link in new tab” button is no longer working for our posts. Any help is greatly appreciated!
