Post not loading

  • Hi,

    After installing your plugin my Posts are not loading completely.
    What can it be?

    The Console says:

    Hi there,

    It doesn’t look like any of those errors are specific to the Multi Rating plugin.

    How are your posts normally loaded – is it after page load via AJAX?
    What’s displaying and whats not?
    If you disable auto placement of the rating form and rating result in the plugin settings, does it change anything?

    Sorry I’m not much help but I don’t have much information.

    Thanks for the fast reply!

    I tried what you suggested to change this settings and the page fully loaded.
    But I can′t see any rating options.

    Rating Form is set to: comment form
    Rating Result is set to: Do not show

    When I try to change the settings to “after the content” etc. the full pageload hangs again.

    I′m not sure how my theme loads the page.

    The comment form position for the rating form should not be there I’m sorry. This is a defect. I am removing it in the next release. It sounds like the other rating form positions are incompatible unfortunately. Can you try inserting the shortcode [mr_rating_form] and [mr_rating_result] into your post content?

    Hm no, doesn′t work either. I also tried the widgets but the same result.
    Always when I try to add it the page won′t load anymore.

    Could it be that that fontawesome points to an http and not an https cdn?
    Firefox echoed that error…

    It should point to https if you’re using SSL. Try changing the rating items to a select drop-down and adding [mr_rating_form] only.

    No also not working. I tried, select, radio and stars..
    Always the same. Do you have an idea how to debug it?
    I really need exactly that feature for my Site.

    Looking at your HTML that’s returned. It seems to stop after this:

    <div class="td-container">
<div class="td-pb-row">
<div class="td-pb-span8 td-main-content" role="main">
<div class="td-ss-main-content">
<div class="td-post-content">

    So the server is returning the HTML incomplete… It could be a theme issue.

    Yes, but when i turn the plugin off (or switch one of the modes like “after the content” to “do not sow”) it will be load correct.
    Have a look again. So it should look when it′s deactivated.
