Post not get in Rest API

Using user access manager , i created group of roles , and then i created one category name like circulars and assign a particular group of roles and same as this circulars category post i has been created. so basically i want to access this circulars category with role group in Rest API .

please help me out, how can i access the circulars categoty post in rest api?
