post not displaying custom CSS in iphone or ipad

I created a post and added the CSS to appearance>editor. problem is I am getting a the post without CSS showing on ipad and iphone. SHould i have put the CSS into the custom css in the appearance>customize ? why am i getting two different styles ? https://www.slimnics.com
