Post list in admin is stretched out

I’m having an issue in wordpress where when I go to look at the lists of posts in the admin, the view is stretched out for some reason.

The weird thing is, it only happens on one computer. If I log into my site on a different computer, the view looks fine. I’ve also tried on firefox and chrome on the bad computer and the view is stretched on both browsers. I’ve tried clearing out my browser history/cache and also restarting the computer. Nothing seems to fix the issue.
