Post link to original source

  • Hi,

    I need help with the following:

    I am using RSS post importer and the posts are stored locally and link to my site.

    i would like to have each post link to the original. I read that I need to edit the permalink but I need a permanent solution for all current and future posts to link to their original website. I need mine just to display the intro, title, and photo. I have little experience with this so a detailed explanation will be helpful.

    Hi elenatome,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    On the setting section you will see format and templates.

    For your post to be redirected back to its source , just add

    {$permalink} on the format of your post.

    E.g

    {$Feed title}
    {$content}
    ($permalink}

    And that should work.
