Post is not a product, Skipped the review

    i am trying to import product reviews but i get error message “no product id, skipped review”. i even received an error message with the [Sample CSV] that you provided and i get “Post is not a product, Skipped the review”.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    It seems like the issue you are facing with the import is that you might have added the wrong product ID in the comment_post_id column of the CSV file. Please make sure that you add the target product’s ID in the comment_post_id column of each review for a successful import.
