Post inf. scroll from same cateogry

I would like to add infinite scroll automatically to all posts, where only posts of the same category are loaded. If I understand it correctly. I’d need to add some code to single.php, but I don’t know how I’d do this together with ALM. Any kind soul here to provide some examples?
