Post images appear extremely undersized on mobile devices, how to fix?

  • I have an error with images showing extremely small when viewing on phone and tablet, screenshot https://i.imgur.com/vppRJlz.png

    It only happens when the images are (left)aligned. Link to the blog https://snip.li/yDYQh I still can’t figure out what caused this and like to learn how to get this crazy thing under control.

    Details:
    -Using Firefox on Android
    -The images are 400px wide and embedded 1:1
    -This error does not appear with the inline browser of the WordPress Android app, then images are are full width above the post.

  • What theme are you using? Where did you download it from? Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
