Post Image not displaying at all when sharing on facebook

Hi,

I don’t know where to see which version of WordPress I am using.

I want that when my posts are shared on facebook trought the sharing buttons (Jetpack), either the featured image or the image uploaded in the Yoast Socil tab shows up. However, for some posts this is not happening.
I use publicize and share by Jetpack. I also have the SEO by Yoast plugin and Open Graph data are activated on it.

I tried deactivating the YOAST Open Graph data option and re-sharing the post on Facebook, but nothing changes.

Sometimes by deleting the pics (both the featured image and the one uploaded in the social tab of Yoast), renaming and re-uploading them, this is fixed.

However I would like this to be fixed once forever and would be good to know why this feature works on some posts and does not work on others.

I would like Facebook shares to pick up ONLY the image I upload on the Yoast’s Social tab at the en of the post or the featured image (they are the same anyway) and I don’t want Jetpack to choose a random image for me.

Does anyone have any suggestions? (I don’t know about coding so I hope the solution does not involve coding).
