Post image and Post title doesn't show up while sharing on Facebook

Hi,

Whenever I share the most recent post from my wordpress blog to Facebook wall, the post title and post image does not appear.

It happens only with the most recent post. I can see the featured image in wordpress blog post but doesn’t appear while posting it on Facebook.
