Let’s say I have two WP installs, both running from different TLDs. Is there a way to rig things so that when I post or comment on WP-Blog-1 it automatically and simulataneously posts or comments to WP-Blog-2?

Forget for the moment why I’d want to do this. I do have aperfectly good reason fo rit.

    thanks

why not just redirect the 2nd tld to the 1st so itll see whatever you see on the first also on the 2nd

Here’s why… content of both sites is similar, but I’m trying to create an spinoff blog at the second site, and separate the content. I don’t want to manually post to both sites in the short term, and I want to start creating traffic to the spinoff. Plus, the second site will have different graphics, theme, etc.

toldja I had my reasons <g>

Sounds like what I was trying to do with girlgeekette.net and .com ….
Only way I could think of would be to alter the code to pull from a different database.. that or copy and paste the post to the other site is all I could figure out. I never could get a good way so I just forwarded my .com to my .net
