Post ID over 1,000 Error

    My post ID is over 1,000 and several plugins that I use do not recognize the post. Usually I write 23,453,11 as the post ID’s I use for the plugins but they do not recognize posts that their ID is over 1,000. Do I need to write the post ID differently? I am using TwentyFourteen.
