    Hi there, I am connecting a new site and it is continually loading upon checkout. I followed the suggestions from the other similar posts. Nothing has helped so far.
    Please help

    The 400 Bad Request error typically indicates that the server could not understand the request due to invalid syntax. For better assistance, can you provide screenshots showing the issue on your end?

    Meanwhile, can you please disconnect and reconnect your Square account, then head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear

    Next, please clear your browser cache and then check again.

    Make sure you have enable debug mode in the Square settings. https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/sync-settings/#section-2

    If the issue continues, please share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Square Logs.

    So the payment doesn’t complete cause of this error? Or is everything functioning properly, and does the error only appear in the console?

    Also, have you enabled the debug mode in the Square setting? If you have, could you please share the error log with us? Also, please share the systems status reports again. Try to set a longer expiration time this time around.
