Post has automatic css while sharing

Actually i change the permalink from Month & name to Plain so its 404 error

Are you talking about the highlighted part?

If so, then no, this is not CSS. Your URL has Hindi characters, URLs only support ASCII characters, Hindi characters are not ASCII and, therefore, must be encoded.

Nothing to fix here, this is just how URLs work. Check any non-English URL link and paste it as URL, it will be encoded.

Example: https://hi.wikihow.com/%E0%A4%B2%E0%A5%82%E0%A4%A1%E0%A5%8B-%E0%A4%96%E0%A5%87%E0%A4%B2%E0%A5%87%E0%A4%82-(Play-Ludo)

If you want to show the characters, you will have to copy and paste it as normal text: https://hadapsarexpress.com/2023/12/???-???-?????-????????-??/ You can use any URL decoder to convert the encoded string to plain string. Or select the address bar and add a space at the end of the URL to copy the URL as plain text.

If you are a Firefox user, you can enable browser.urlbar.decodeURLsOnCopy preference (go to about:config and set this to true). Whenever you copy the URL, it will then be decoded to normal string by Firefox. Or install a browser addon/extension allowing you to copy decoded URLs.

But it wont solve the issue permanently, i also would need to go to ?URL decoder . If some one else needs to send the post how can he send he would see the same css code.

When i used blogger i was never facing this issue & also at the starting of wordpress this issue was not coming after 1-2 days at the time of implementing all setting it started to appear
