I love the post grid block, the amount of customisation possible is brilliant but when I try to use it it breaks the page that it is on. It is preventing my site from talking to www.remarpro.com so that the page won’t update and results in me getting a ‘fatal error’ email notification from WordPress.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @chrish57

I hope you are doing well. That’s very strange.

The link you provided is not getting the Post Grid block; please share the valid URL. Also, please share the error message here so we can check adequately what’s going on there.

Meantime provide us your Site Health Information from Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info > Copy site info to clipboard: https://d.pr/i/KDbAny

And just paste it here. This will help us to reproduce this issue on our end.

I am waiting for your valued response.
    Have a nice day.

Hi, I never did resolve it. Unfortunately I am going to have to take the plugin off my site as it makes the page that I use the block on unaccessible in edit mode. The page health report showed that my site had stopped communicating with www.remarpro.com. As I had to remove the page this message is no longer showing.
The the wording of the email that I received (copied and pasted below). This message indicated that the plugin with the error was WooCommerce, yet the page was not connected to WooCommerce. The only factor on the page was the post grid block. I tried to redo my content on a newly created page but as soon as I added the post grid block I encountered the same problem. There have been problems on other occassions with WooCommerce’s coding interfering with other plugins (Paid Membership Pro) I don’t know if they have solved the issue.
    Email, copied and pasted.
    `Hi!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WooCommerce.

First, visit your website (https://celticearthspirit.co.uk/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://celticearthspirit.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=29566&action=edit&message=4) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.`
    Thanks Chris

    Hi @chrish57

That’s very strange. Also, thanks a lot for the details message, but I can’t access it here – (https://celticearthspirit.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=29566&action=edit&message=4)

To check the error log, I need to access the link. Could you please assist me here with details so I can check with my DEV team and if there is any issue, we will share a proper solution? No worries.

    Waiting for your valued response.
    Have a nice day.

    Just to update you.
I figured out what was causing the problem. It was the plugin WooCommerce. Every time I tried to run Essential Blocks it caused it to fail and disallow editing of the page I was using it on. I’d had other problems with WooCommerce deleting registered members for other plugins. I have now removed WooCommerce and won’t go back to using it.
