Post Format Archive Pages

  • I’ve tried to find documentation on this but haven’t been successful.

    How do you customize the archive pages for various post formats, e.g.:
    https://www.urbancincy.com/type/standard/
    https://www.urbancincy.com/type/link/
    https://www.urbancincy.com/type/audio/

    I assumed this would be something along the same lines as category.php, tag.php, author.php, etc., but my experimentation hasn’t given me any answers.

    Also, the majority of “standard” posts aren’t showing up on my /type/standard archive page. Maybe that’s because they were added before I added support for various post formats to the theme? Even after editing the posts, changing the type to something else and then back to standard, they don’t appear on the “standard” archive page. Any ideas what would cause this?
