Post-form-submission “disable send button” message is still displayed (mobile)

    Mobile:

    steps:

    1. fill the fields without check the checkbox.

    2) press the send button, the system shows correctly the message about the send button is disabled via the missing check.

    3) check the checkbox and press the send button. The system sends the email and shows the confirmation message. The “disabled send button” is still visible.

    what checkbox are you referring to? Confirmation field, radio field, checkbox field?

    check your page for any js errors.
