Post form is to long, how to shrink?

Im going through edit.php, post.php, post-new.php and i cant figure out to save my life how to fix this. the post-slug and all those related movable frames on the right side are running into the post form and you cant scroll down. you have to put the cursor in the form and just hit the arrow until you find what you want.

where can i find this?
