    Hi,

I put simple html code on custom html but it’s not working and it revert back to plain text after saved. Sample as below.
    <p style=”Color:Red; Font-Weight:Bold;”>Submission</p>
    Or
    <B>Submission</B>
    Or
    <H1>Submission</Submission>
    None are working.

    Thanks.

  • Seems to be a bug in the latest update for WP User Frontend.

    Hello there,
    Sorry for the inconvenience!

We already detected the issue and as you can see the fixed already pushed on our GitHub profile.
So please allow us a few more time until the new product update takes place. In the meantime, you can also try with our Developer version from the GitHub.

I hope this will be helpful to you guys!
    Regards,

how do we go about using the GitHub version? It’s been a few days and I haven’t seen a plugin update posted.

in the version 3.1.16 now I can add html tag, but I cannot use link url:
    go to google
When I use url tag, the form reset and delete all fields
    What can I do?
    Thank you.
    Andrew.

Unfortunately the new release has trouble with custom code in the message itself. Similar trouble as with custom html.

With the message I mean the page in which the form is positioned. Any custom code after the form is not applied to the form.

@aurangajeb Agreed with @andreazak after saved the form has been cleared. All controls are gone even with the latest updated plugin.

    Hello Guys,
    Sorry for my late reply,

Actually it’s fixed on the development version in our GitHub branch but we didn’t push any update yet. We are reviewing further issues and then it will be updated with the new release as early as possible with all fixes.

Meanwhile, would you guys please try this development version of WPUF Lite.
    Direct download link.

    Process-
    – First, uninstall/delete the existing version of WPUF Lite
    – Then upload the wp-user-frontend-develop.zip file from the plugins -> Add new section and activate the plugin. Afterwhich try to build the form with Custom HTML fields. You will see the HTML is wrapping up perfectly.

P.S: To avoid any accidental case make sure you have a full site backup before implementing the troubleshooting.

Let me know if you are still facing any issues ??
    Thanks!
