Post Footer Display issue

    Hi Team,

    I have tried to set up “Post Footer Display” on settings, but it will not activated.

    Select “Enabled” and save…, but it will turn out “Disabled” again.

    Checked the single page and the expiring date is now displaying at all (=this feature is not working as it should.)

    I have tried to change the theme to WP default one (twenty two) and also disabled all plugins…, and all results are same.

    Is there anything that I should check? Or do you receive same issues from other users?

    I found the solution to add the shortcode, but I would like to solve this, since it is much easier to display it by one second.

    We haven’t received any such report recently. And we just tried on our environment but can’t replicate this issue. What version are you using? Also can you replicate this issue on another site that you had?

    The latest version (2.7.7). It did happen with a previous version too.

    Guessing, this might be related with the theme.

    I do not have any other sites which you can check on and cannot provide any info since most of them are my clients’ sites.

    I shall get ready with a staging site and will let you know ASAP (might be in Sept… vacation for 2 weeks).

    Yeah most probably with the theme. FYI, I use the Generatpress theme and the expiry is showing on my end. Feel free to let me know once you have your staging site. I will close this discussion for now, but you can reply here once you are back from vacation with info on the staging site.
