    Hi,

I’ve noticed that when creating a new post, the time and date shown in the Post Expirator options box are UTC, rather than my local time (UTC +10).
This is confusing and, when creating their posts, my customer will naturally input the digits in local time – which then means the post gets expired 10 hours late.
I can’t see any options in settings that will change the time displayed to our local time.
Is there a solution to this?
    Thanks

  • Yes have same problem and in the quick edit mode time is showing as local time and in full edit mode time is UTC.

Hi, I’m wondering if this being fixed?
I’m on version 2.7.3 (latest?) and there is still a mix up with UTC vs local times.

When setting expiration time using “quick edit”, it works well (what you see is what you get, entering 16:00 will work at 16:00 local time).
When using the regular edit screen, it translates the data to local time, making the user enter a calculated UTC time. in my case it will not work (it’s in the past)

Should be changed to “local server time” in both the GUI and the database, on the edit screen and in “quick edit”.

    Thanks ??
