Post excluded from loop

  • Hello,

    I’m using a custom loop on my site, to show up featured posts in our slider AND on our regular posts listing.

    Since WPTouch 3.8.5, the first 5 items of my posts listing aren’t displayed. I take it that comes from this bugfix:

    “Fixed: Posts in the featured slider did not reliably get excluded from the regular post listing”

    Could you offer an option to cancel this bugfix? This behavior doesn’t suit our press website design.

  • There is a setting in the Feature slider that should change that behaviour for you – please try that.

    We have a custom slider. I forgot to mention that the problem is appearing on the desktop version of our website, where WP Touch shoudln’t act at all. I understand you do as you think is best on the mobile version provided by WP Touch.

    I’ve tested every other plugin, the problem appeared with this version of WP Touch only.
