post excerpts issue (not working)

    Hi
    I got an issue with show excerpts for non registered user in Farsi language.
    I tried when my post has an English content it works well (show expected excerpts) but when my post has a Farsi content it just show (. . .).
    I mean it doesn’t work with Farsi language.
    How can i pass this problem?
