Post Excerpt Showing MailPoet Subscription Text When Empty

Hi,

I have an Elementor post widget on my homepage to show the latest 3 posts which shows the featured image, the first 40 words of the post as the excerpt/preview, and the author name etc. When the post does not contain any text though it is pulling the text from the MailPoet Popup Form I have.

I’ve also seen on occasion if a page is being slow to load, before the content of the page displays, again the MailPoet Form shows embedded in the page.

Do you know why this happens, and more importantly, how I can stop it please?
