Post excerpt not working on facebook or linkedIn

I regularly share posts on facebook and LinkedIn and they show an excerpt of the post with the image of my site’s logo. I share them manually so just copy and paste the link. I have just added a new post where the excerpt won’t show on either facebook or LinkedIn – it just shows a link to the site (www.vinoempleo.es).
It is a job site and all the posts are very similiar so I can’t work out what it wrong with this one. The link is https://www.vinoempleo.es/export-area-manager-alemania/
Can anyone help?
