Post excerpt length in archive

  • Hello,

    I’ve been looking for a solution for the post excerpt length displayed in the blog archive but haven’t found a solution yet. I tried setting an excerpt length on Elementor settings but it made no difference. Is there a setting on GeneratePress where you can choose how much text is displayed in the archive before “Read more” button.

    The post list you’re pertaining to is made with Elementor. The theme doesn’t control what Elementor widgets do. Page builders normally overrides theme styling and queries.

    Especially in this case where you seem to be using the post widget of Elementor.

    I recommend contacting Elementor support on how they control their widgets.
