Post Email Notification Customization

Hi. Is it possible to customize the notification that subscribers receive for new posts? Right now everyone receives a summary of my post, but they also have an annoying long list of tags for the post. I would like to remove the tags from view and also include a photo (the feature image), if possible. I’m happy to send you a screenshot of what my subscribers currently receive.
