Hello – I’ve tried everything in the support forum and cannot seem to resolve this. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the Yoast box in my post editor is empty. There are the tabs at the top but nowhere to enter the keyword, meta description or see the analysis. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, and checked all the settings and user permissions. I’ve tried everything and cannot figure this out. I’m using the classic editor on WordPress. I’ve provided a link to a screenshot of what it looks like despite all the troubleshooting I’ve done.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I did some more trouble shooting, for anyone else having this issue… I installed the Site Health plugin and went in trouble shooting more and miraculously the yoast section in post editor reappeared. I don’t really know why or how, but it’s back so I’m happy.

Did you just enter troubleshooting mode and then exit? I tried that and it didn’t work for me. I’m having the same issue.

This is similar to the issue I am having. Your screen shot is exactly the same as what i have reported to the forum. Going to troubleshooting doe not seem to help in any way. The problem still persists!

I will have to delete Yoast and use a competitor product from no on, since no-one from Yoast is answering these messages on the forums at all!

The script is still there for the product page just white on white background – see following images
