Post Editor is not Loading Contents After Upgrade to WordPress 4.9

    After Upgrade to WordPress 4.9 the visual editor is not loading contents any more and can’t switch between visual & text editor.
    I tried everything

    Deactivated all plugins
    changed theme to twenty seventeen
    database repair
    Wordpress re-install
    Browser cache flush
    even re-installed my operating system

    This happens with all of my wordpress sites, not just one site.
