Post editor doesn’t work after installing GDPR plugin

  • Hello,

    I’ve just installed the plugin and I noted that now the text editor in post page doesn’t work. I try to explain the issue:
    if the editor is set on Visual, I cannot shift to Text, and if the editor is set on Text I cannot shift to Visual.

    I haven’t this issue in the Page editor.

    If I disable the GDPR plugin, the editor works.

    I hope you can help me with this problem.

  • Haven’t seen that myself .. what wordpress version are you using, and what theme? Does it happen on a twenty{whatever}teen theme? (twentynineteen, twentyeighteen, etc.) Have you tried disabling all other plugins, and see if it happens with only GDPR enabled? (assuming it does not, try turning on other plugins and testing, maybe there’s an incompatibility with one)

    I have 4.9.8 WP version.
    I got the problem only when I installed GDPR plugin. If I disable this plugin, the editor works.
