Post editing issue

I haven’t added any new plugins to my site in awhile and everything is updated, however all of a sudden when I try to create posts or edit old one’s, I can not toggle between the Visual and Text tabs. It stays on Visual. Nothing happens when I click Text. Also, when I highlight something and the insert/edit link button, nothing happens. The URL box no longer appears.
I’ve tried to reinstall WordPress but that doesn’t help.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
