When W3 Total Cache is enabled, user with “Editor” profile can’t edit posts. A blank page is showing the this case.
If I disable the plugin, the edition works well. The problem does not happen for admin users.
Anyone have the same problem to help?

    Hello @andremtsilva

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
In Performance>Page Cache>General sub box, there is an option “Don’t cache pages for logged in users”. Is this option enabled?
Also, you can enable “Don’t cache pages for following user roles” and select editor. make sure to save all settings and purge the cache after changes are made.
    Thank you!

    Hi @vmarko
“Don’t cache pages for logged in users” was already enabled. I’ve enabled “Don’t cache pages for following user roles” for editor, saved, and purged the cache but the problem still happen for editor users.
Any other config to get it working?
    Thank you

    Hello @andremtsilva

Can you please share your website URL? have you tried using another browser or clearing your browser cache? Are you using any other caching plugin or maybe server-side caching? Can you please temporarily disable other plugins while W3 Total Cache is enabled, and see if the issue persists? If the issue is gone, re-enable the plugin one by one and see which one might be causing this.
    Thank you!

    Hi @vmarko,
I already tested different browsers/computers/locations. If I change the rule to adm, works fine, If I change back to editor, does not work.
I’ve disabled all plugins, one by one and the problem is when W3 is enabled.
One thing, if I keeping reloading the edit page post, the page is loaded after some tries (~8 times).
    Thank you

    Hello @andremtsilva

Thank you for the information. I’ve added several new users with the Editor role. I was able to edit the page with no problems as editor. The page loads immediately. I’ve also changed the rules back and forth to admin and back to the editor and the result is the same.
Here is the screenshot of my Page Cache settings.
There is also a possibility that you need to Disable minify for logged in users in Performance>minify.
    Thanks!

    Hi @vmarko

My config is the same as your screenshot and I’ve tried to “Disable minify for logged in users” but I have the same result. =(

    Thanks

    Hello @andremtsilva

I’ve tested this numerous times using different themes and everything is working as expected. What theme are you using?
Have you tried to switch back to your default theme and see if the issue persists?
    Thank you!

I’ve tried another test, I’ve keep W3 active and tested disable other plugins, one by one. When I disable the “The7 Slider Revolution”, the edition works. I’m closing this thread.
    Thank you
