Post Draft Disappears/Draft will not go to Trash

Today I have had an issue for the first time where when I am working on a old draft to update it, it will disappear. When I tell it to save, it refreshed the page to before all my work. I am able to go back in the browser to find my work, but there is not even an autosaved version of my draft.

What I have been able to do is copy my html after I work on it and then paste it into a new post and publish it that way, but I cannot seem to update any drafts.

Also, I am unable to delete any drafts, or send them to trash. For instance after I took the html from one draft, updated and made a new post then wanted to delete the unchangeable draft, nothing happens when I send it to trash.

I have tried deactivating ALL plugins and the issue still persists.
