Post does not appear on home page

  • my post does not appear on home page. If I “stick” it, it does appear, but I want it to appear without sticking. It is public and published. I don’t see why it’s not showing up. Here’s the post:

    Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

    Also, I tried to upgrade to 3.2.1, but I only have PHP ver 5.2.0.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    ahha – I deactivated “AStickyPostOrderER” and it’s fine now – it appears on the home page.

    AStickyPostOrderER says there’s a new available 2.5.3. Should I upgrade even though I’m using WP 3.0.1?
