Post disappears after editing

For three days now, we’ve been having trouble with drafts and posts disappearing after they have been re-opened in the Edit window. I have not had this happen in Firefox, but the primary author is using IE7. She uses JAWS (reader), and at first I thought it was a JAWS issue, but this morning I tried to edit her most recent post to correct a typo. I happened to be in Explorer. When I saved and returned to the blog front page, zap, the title was there but no post. So her laments for the past three days are legitimate. It is not JAWS.

Has anyone else had this happen? Suggestions as to cause?

I’ve tried to search but have found no recent post dealing with this particular issue.
