Post dates changing automatically!

I have some serious problem on my WP website, every once in a while, some posts change their dates automatically and climb to top (taking today’s date).
for example, this one was published in July 21:
https://192.185.32.59/~hamazk/news/20-%D5%B5%D5%B8%D6%82%D5%AC%D5%AB%D5%BD-2014/and suddenly it became Sep 16..
Has anyone similar experience and might be able to help me?
This is probably happening after adding new posts. but why, how, no idea!thank you!
