For the last six months every time I post to my blog it uses the date I started the draft of that post as the post date?

I did not not intentionally change anything and would love to have the post date always be the date and time I actually post the item?

Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks for any feedback.

    Hi there!

Are you able to test with all your plugins deactivated or a bundled theme like Twenty Fourteen/Fifteen?

I guess it was a theme thing? I seems to go away when I switch to a default theme? I was using Penscratch, which really worked for me, but not if it is creating bugginess?

    Is it this one:

That is super odd if it is that particular theme. If not, try reaching out to the theme’s author.

You can CHANGE the date/time in the post editor. It defaults to the original date you created the draft.

I felt like I used to create drafts and then the DATE/TIME was always reflected upon the PUBLISH date, not the DRAFT date? If I am wrong, thats fine, but is there way to have that be the default, that the PUBLISH date is the date in the feed?

    Thanks,

Is there some way to make the publish date default? Without having to deal with each adn every draft in the post editor?

I now see that the post are published as the draft date (which does not really make sense to me, but)
