Post custom URL makes error 403

    Good morning,

    I have a situation that occurred only with this post.

    Inside the post, I am setting a custom post URL that where the post actually redirects. The post is in 3 languages.

    In FR and NL, no issue, I can set that URL.

    In English, after placing the URL, click update….I get a 403 error…it seems Litespeedcache is the reason by why this URL only, this post only? And how to solve that issue?

  • Status code 403 means “something” does not allow to access the requested source, but cache plugin doesn’t block anything. That’s why the cache plugin can’t be responsible for this issue, so please check if any security plugin, ModSecurity or any other custom code causes this issue.

    does it work if you disable LiteSpeed Cache ?

    403 error usually means permission error , as something is not allowed to be accessed.

    Sorry about late reply….this is weird though…
    It does not work either Litespeed is on or off
    It does not work either Security plugin is on or off….

    When everything on, the 403 page is displaying a message underneath…

    The weird thing is that I got the issue only on 1 post…
    And only the english version of the post…
    But only in the EN version, I can put ANY URL and I got a 403 error page returned…

    I don’t understand…and all other posts in ENGLISH work well…

    Is it possible to control the permissions for 1 single post in 1 single language???
