Post Custom Fields changed since Nngallery updating

Dear Next gen Gallery team, I’ve been developing WP sites since several years, always using your fantastic plugin NGG with no problem.
But the recent 2.0.0 NGG upgrading generated serious problems with my sites.
The main problem was originated at the level of post custom fields, including a lot of unknown meta keys in the list, erasing the most used by my clients and editors.
I’m waiting your bug cleaning process to update to 2.0.0 and WP 3.6.
Only the sites I didn’t updated were clean of the bug.
