post custom field not working

    In several of the widgets, there is an option to add a post custom field. It used to work, but now the drop down isn’t populated with the different custom fields, just the label “select…”.

    I’ve got elementor pro.
    Everything updated to latest versions.

  • You said everything is updated to the latest versions, but have you checked today? Elementor 2.5.12 and Pro 2.5.5 were released today, and I tested your scenario before the update, and saw the bug. After the update, bug was gone.

    So, if you don’t have the very latest versions, please update and test again. If you do have today’s updates and still have the problem, let me know more details. Where are you trying this (single post template, etc.)?

    yes I have the latest updates
    Elementor 2.5.12
    Pro 2.5.5

    Can’t get the dropdown to work anywhere, in any template.
    It does work in e.g. a post.

    Will try to see if there are any conflicts with other plugins like WProcket.

    I found a caching problem with WP Rocket. Now everything works fine.
