Post Creation Needs

I need to do the following and I wanted to know if this was possible with your plugin:

1. Using GF have a user submission form for posts/portfolios.
2. User uploads title, featured image and muiltiple images (gallery set up) to go inside of their post.

This is for an artist submission site. Thank you.
