My blog was fine a few hours ago. I added a new post and noticed that content from my previous post is showing up in the sidebar, tags are at the top of my posts and everything thing is just wonky, for lack of a more technical term.

I installed the latest 3.4.1 update to see if it would provide a fix, but nothing changed.

    My site is veggietorials.com

Any ideas on how to fix?

Possibly, either you edited your theme badly, or it may have broken files (Theme: Yoko, Last Updated: 2011-08-21). It is also possible it is NOT compatible with WordPress latest version.

    You may try:
    1. Deactivate all plugins
    2. Switch back to Twenty Eleven

The above steps will tell you where the problem is. If not, activate plugins one by one so that you can know if any plugin is causing the problem.

Back up everything including database, before you do the above steps.

your site has several validation errors:
    https://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fveggietorials.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

these with ‘Stray end tag div’ point to excess </div> possibly somehere in the content of one or more of your latest posts (if this is your last change before the problem arose; if you have edited any template files, you need to look there as well)

for instance, edit the latest posts, with the html setting of the editor, and check for the proper matching of any opening and closing divs.

there is definitively a problem in this post:
‘Panko Crusted Tofu Medallions w/ Wilted Kale Shirataki Noodles’

you can see this by clicking on the post title to get to the single post, where you will find the sidebar below the content.

Thank you for your responses. It was indeed the stray divs and was easily fixed by correcting the last post. Whew! Glad I can still use my current theme.
