post content length in widget setting not working

Hi,
I just updated the Special Recent Posts FREE Edition plugin on a site I am managing.
And now the posts appear in total in the sidebar.
The widget setting Post options – Post content length doesn’t cut off the post anymore.the site in question is https://www.hetpaddenstoelenhuis.nl/wordpress
