Post content is blank after updating to 3.4.2

Hi Guys,

My site suddenly started showing empty post details & even page description is empty.

Following is the error I am getting in my error log.

It suddenly started from last 1 day. I tried to update all plugins but still I am facing same problem. Any help will really appriciated.
