Post Contact Form

I used to be a wordpress wiz when it first came out, since then i deal mostly with drupal. working on a website where the owner sells equipment that is priced out per job to job basis. currently there is 1,500 items up there. I have each item in each post. anything else is in pages. what i am trying to do, is find a plugin that will automatically put a contact form on each post (posts only), doesn’t matter how simple the form is, i can re-script it. the idea hear is for when a possible consumer sees something they want, they can just hit a button that says quote me or something of that sort and fill out a contact form regarding that item.

any insight on this?
