Post Commentary Issue (Security Concern)

Comment left on posts with comment author’s name and email information provided. Information still visible once comment has been posted. Subsequent comment authors are able to see/comment under previous author’s information. Issue only seems to occur on Apple products (iPhone, iPad). No problem with comments on desktop/laptop. Huge security issue! Please help!
